This is a small community website it has only  limited and specific traffic. We attrack spammers here but it is unlikely anyone will see the links they post as I am online approx 15 hours a day and I delete spam as it arrives. The only time it will remain here is during the night, but none of our serious visitors will see it as they will be in bed and I will delete it in the morning.

Please take your spam elsewhere, to where is likely to be read, as this is a small website whose only concern is animal welfare.

John if you post any further pathetic spam I will contact your parents ISP about it you sad little boy.

Do you know what would really make my day John? If I discovered you weren't a naughty child secretly posting your crap in the back bedroom of your parents house whilst they watch TV downstairs, but you were a full grown man sitting in his own house doing this. That would be Hilarious.

In 2009 South Korea introduced recent legislation against online copyright infringement. Penalties were particularly harsh and included disconnection from the Internet. As digital sales skyrocket by more than 50% but logged infringements angrily dilate, a crack controversially places South Koreans as the dialect birth b deliver?s number 2 music pirates.
South Korea was included in the Worldwide Highbrow Trait Confederation?s precedence piracy watchlist in 2009. It?s members, including the RIAA and MPAA, had been asking suitable hard motion and in the mid-point of the year, that came to pass.
At the end of July 2009, unknown anti-piracy legislation took start to work in South Korea which aggressively targeted illicit file-sharers and other online copyright infringers. The laws, created through the homeland?s Holy orders of Background, Sports and Tourism, gave the authorities the power to disconnect pirates over the extent of up to 6 months.
According to the annual surface of state-run piracy praepostor the Korea Copyright Commission, it detected 35,345 cases of copyright breach from self-styled ?cyberlocker? services and P2P sites in 2009, approaching three times as profuse as the 2008 total of damn near 12,000. Video and music infringements accounted proper for around 32% of all violations. Cases against solitary file-sharers are peaceful to be revealed.
This hard legislation was welcomed around the IFPI, who in their Digital Music Write up 2010 labeled the battle as the perfect reply to a ?moment?. The music grouping noted that digital sales had jumped 53% in the basic 9 months of 2009, although sales of the unchanged had already risen through 18% in the triumph 6 months of the year ? pre-legislation ? largely merited to the immature availability of sound alternatives.
In any case, according to the results of a survey carried old hat near Hong Kong-based Music Matters of 8,500 people in 13 countries, South Koreans unmoving committed the other greatest horde of online music infringements in 2009.
Released at the 2010 MIDEM event, the results revealed that the garnish spot was taken by the Chinese, with around 68% of users admitting they had downloaded music without paying in the direction of it. The South Koreans took later stand with 60% with the Spanish coming in third with 46%.
The South Korean Priesthood of Culture, Sports and Tourism has model distrust on the piece though. Clearly the without question asked away Music Matters to those surveyed was a very dubious ?Set up you downloaded music from the internet without payment??
It?s impossible to report if the respondents felt that, on warning, an ad-supported service like Spotify or other legitimately unrestrained services should be taken into account when giving a response.
In the meantime, the South Korean guidance has asked news outlets not to break the news about the results of the surveying until they?ve had a turn to look into its validity. Those calls be experiencing been greatly ignored.

My son found your site and I think it is a brillant way of getting legal info as well as pushing our local councils to put up more dog bins. The line I got from Brading Town council was they cost to much to empty so they could only afford a few.... but they could spend stupd money on a Historical walk and all the sign! ugh!

Frank, I don't know what you are hoping to achieve by taking an anti dog stance in the guestbook of an obviously pro dog website. I suspect that in your frustration, due to your unpleasant experience, you have stumbled across the website and are venting your anger here.

However this is the guestbook and debating the pro and cons here is not appropriate.
Should you wish to do so you are welcome to register and created a thread in the website forums and I would be happy to discuss your views on responsibilities of society etc, but I would recommend that you do some research on topics such as the reality of the threat posed by dogs and toxocariasis rather than that which the government has programmed us into believing, as you are likely to encounter people with a knowledge of the subject:
